Damaged Products

If a product purchased on our E-Store arrived defective or damaged, please email our Customer Service Dept at or call us at 1-855-MYSHAMP(697-4267),within 7 days of receipt of product. Please be ready provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase. 

Mon Shampoing does not accept any returns for products purchased on our E-Store. Products purchased on our E-Store cannot be returned to any Mon Shampoing regular retailer.
